Keep Active expands into Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea

Keep Active Westminster was launched in January 2016 as a partnership between Bishop Creighton House and Central London Community Healthcare.

Older people discharged from Community Rehab Services in Westminster are matched with a Keep Active volunteer who helps with indoor mobility exercises and outdoor walking.  Volunteers can visit for 9-12 weeks.  

Keep Active is also providing a small scale service in Kensington and Chelsea pending further funding as there is significant demand for this service.
