Back by popular demand - The Creighton Centre's Community Health Day - 15th May 10am - 3pm

We are so pleased to be hosting our annual Health Day once more, on Wednesday 15th May, 10am – 3pm at The Creighton Centre.

An opportunity for Hammersmith & Fulham residents to meet Health & Wellbeing services and learn more about becoming healthier, being more active and feeling safer.

What’s on offer throughout the event?

As you can see from our poster we have a lot going on and have split our event into clear sections this year. 10am – 1pm will be stallholders providing information, free health checks, advice and information in the large hall. At the same time there will also be a chance for visitors to join free awareness and taster sessions including a fun and informative nutrition session [tombola prizes on offer], singing and gardening.
We will be handing out FREE salads and sandwiches, made by local communtiy caterer Yellow Panda Pubs. Then from 1.30pm – 3pm the large hall will host an inclusive, dementia friendly line dancing social. A chance for socialising, cake & celebrating our community.
