Keep Active expands into Kensington & Chelsea

Keep Active Kensington and Chelsea was launched in October 2017 as a partnership between Bishop Creighton House and Community Independence Service (CIS). 

Older people discharged from Community Rehab Services in Kensington and Chelsea are matched with a Keep Active volunteer who helps with indoor mobility exercises and outdoor walking.  Volunteers can visit for 9-12 weeks.
